Youth Development
I2I has experience managing projects that prepare the youth workforce across the Dutch Caribbean — training the trainers for character-building programs for youngsters aged 11–18, and contributing to youth development through government initiatives and schools. Mentoring at schools and training school staff is a must in building a stronger community.
Social Entrepreneurship & Volunteering
I2I wants to help motivate and empower our youth, because that is what true leadership is. Our team has been — and still is — involved in projects on leadership development for youngsters, and several members volunteer at children's clubs and educational vacation programs. We do it because we want to make a lasting impact on our future society.
